3Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We are most welcome you visit our factory and showroom. Yes. We have 4 large showroom,more than 100,000 different Artificial trees,plants,flowers,hedges,leaves. Our showroom is connected to our manufacturing facility clients have the ability to tour the production floor and review the craftsmanship of our finished trees and plants. Please contact us and we will arrange pick you up..
4Do you have client sites or project case I can visit that display your product?
As the leading artificial plants supplier in China,we export our Artificial plants to 70+ different countries. So we have project case in most of the countries. We are happy to search our database to see if there is a convenient installation site for you to visit. We always welcome prospective clients to visit our manufacturing facility to get a detailed tour of our manufacturing process and also see the many different products we are currently building for clients.
5Do you offer samples?
Yes. We are happy to provide you our samples,so you can see our product quality and customer service is different from others.
6Do I need to pay for the sample?
Our samples is FREE,but only for regular customers.
For new customers,we will need charge sample fee and freight costs. It is not too much,normally around US $ 50 to US $ 100. We will refund the payment after you place the formal order.
Normally we will send the samples by Air,3 to 5 days you can receive it.
